The hotel location is perfect for those who want to explore the area. It is only a 7-minute walk from the train station, and guests can borrow bicycles free of charge for getting around the town. the staff were friendly and helpful, they even made special breakfast and dinner for a vegetarian guest. the rooms were clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything that guests need, including a public bath and free coffee in the lobby.
The communication about the amenities could have been better, and the smoking preference was also misunderstood by the staff at check-in.

The hotel was new and had a clean appearance. the location was easy to find and had a nice public bath. the breakfast was also good and offered a decent variety of Japanese dishes.
I felt as though there was a lack of communication regarding amenities and services offered. I wasn't aware of certain aspects of the hotel until my second day there and there seemed to be a lack of orientation given by the staff.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, helpful staff who spoke English, the complimentary bicycles, and the tasty breakfast buffet. We also appreciated the nice public bath and free coffee near the lobby.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a decent stay. The free bike rental was a big plus, allowing me to explore the area. The friendly staff greeted me upon arrival, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of dishes to start my day.
The value for the price was not great. The room was small and felt overpriced.

The building is easy to find with a nice public bath. Friendly staff who speaks English. Free coffee and value for money. Guests can borrow bicycles for free and enjoy a decent breakfast buffet. Effort made to provide a non-smoking room.
Everything was spot on.
